Returns
At अलबेली, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you’ve received a damaged product, we’re here to help.
Return complaints will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged, you must send us an unpacking video showing the damage.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If the wrong item was delivered, we will accept returns.
Return Complaints should be registered within 72 hours of delivery.
No Refunds: Once an order is placed, refunds are not applicable.
Exchanges: Exchanges will only be considered for products that have sizing issues.
As a small organization, we kindly request your patience with the return and exchange process. While we are not Amazon, we will make every effort to assist you. If you wish to return/exchange a non-damaged product, you will need to send it back to us. Alternatively, we can schedule a pickup for Rs. 250, which is required to be paid by you or will be deducted from the refund amount (cost may vary depending on the quantity).

Replacement
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. Please note that refunds are not applicable, but we will send a fresh piece of the product after investigating the damage. Our policy covers damage to the product, not the external packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at albeli.mahila.hastkala@gmail.com.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
